Laura Mallery has worked on a variety of early childhood initiatives over the past 26 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a master’s degree in Child & Family Studies. Getting her start by teaching in a preschool classroom, her passion for young children eventually led her from program administration to college and university instructing where she helped educate students working to become early childhood professionals. She spent over 18 years working on behalf of her home state to develop policies and early childhood quality improvement programs as well as public PreK Collaboratives. Today she remains dedicated to helping young children and the adults that care for them by supporting systems building and program collaboration. Laura enjoys a beautiful, blended family with four children and two dogs.
